    I purchased Bandolino B flexible Gold Sandal T Strap from T J Max April 2017. The shoes squeaks and unable to wear. I purchased for vacation due to the comfortable fit sandal. The shoe can not be worn due to the squeaky noise the shoe makes when walking. I am so sad about the shoe and unsure what can be done.   • Bandolino boot disfigured from heater in car



    I purchasd the bandolino boot #60277201-169 BDDAJUDA Black suede and after a commute in my vehicle with the heat on my right boot closest to the heat seem to shrink at the toe. I believe it is from the heat, this should not have happened,there must be a plastic material under the suede. Very disappointing and the bandolino website does not have a contact us option, I wonder why? A reputable company should always have a customer service contact. Please help! More...

  • Defective Merchandise



    I have been a die hard Bandolino consumer for many years and was not only surprised but shocked by the lack of quality of these 2 pairs of shoes. I purchased both from Macys in June of 2012. I did not wear them until the end of September. I own many pairs of shoes so I do not solely rely on these 2 pair. In order to keep my shoes looking new, I do not wear them when driving (I wear slippers until I get to work, then put my good shoes on) BOTH sets of shoes: the back by the heels has worn off!!!   • Defective sandals



    I bought a pair of sandals but they are defective the straps are way to short and its imposible to wear tge sandals. I love this brand and I find hard to believe they would put on sale a pair of shoes knowing they are defective.     I recently had to return a purchase at the Charleston, WV Bandolino store. Store policy is no returns without a receipt, and unworn merchandise only. The product was defective, but I didn't have the receipt anymore and it had definitely been worn. Dina, the store manager, not only processed the exchange for a new product, she handled the whole thing with a great attitude, very professionally, and really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
